Before I announce some pretty AWESOME news…I need to let you know how sorry I am. I work very hard to respect your email but as I was working on this post I accidentally sent it out–incomplete. I’ve had company here and didn’t realize it until tonight. I righted my mistake and NOW the blog post below is up in its entirety and makes sense! Thank you for being so kind. I only received one not-so-nice email. That’s pretty good!
Now for the GREAT NEWS.
I’m SO HAPPY to FINALLY be sharing what I’ve been keeping secret for way too long.
Do you know my girlfriend Jessica from Grace for Moms? A few weeks ago we met for coffee…which soon became lunch. We were doing what girls do best…giggling and talking and of course eating.
That day we hatched the idea for The Mother of All Mother’s Day Giveaways!
Beginning TODAY (April 27) and for the next THREE WEEKS we will have lots of fun together.
EACH DAY we get to hear from a mom-author who raised her hand to help make this event spectacular.
What do you need to do?
Sign up below. THAT’S IT. See you over at Grace for Moms!

Heard you at a my first ever MOPS meeting. Love books and ready to learn about how to be a better mom everyday. This giveaway is awesome! Thanks.

Sometimes it is hard to come up with something to celebrate. Daily busyness and frustrations and anger seem to rule my parenting lately. I do really love my kids, but my expectations are high and my follow through is low. I guess I could celebrate that my kids do still love me and that I have been alot more intentional about showing them love.

Darcey — sometimes it’s a day by day thing. Be kind to yourself AND your kids. My guess is you’re doing ALOT better at this mom-thing than you know. 🙂

I am celebrating the growth I have experienced recently as a mother of two young children. But, I must give credit to my own mother, who is the strongest woman I know.

LOVE this Deirdre! I sure hope you told your mom exactly what you just told us. So sweet…
