The past month has been incredible. I travelled through seventeen different states in twenty-two days by planes, trains, and automobiles…and a couple supersonic-racing cab drivers.
I’ve been interviewed on radio, TV, newspapers, and by bloggers. I’ve eaten at restaurants, cafe’s, and fast food joints. I’ve slept in hotels, motels, and timeshares…but, you know what? There’s nothing like laying your head on your very own drool-stained pillow, in your very own bed – or eating a piece of cinnamon toast at your very own kitchen table while surrounded by precious little faces that love you no matter what.
My Internet connection was spotty while I was gone, so I wasn’t able to post on a regular basis. So, I have some wonderful guest authors lined up, and interviews with quite a few talented moms who will inspire you to bloom right where you’re planted.
I’m in the process of putting together my first edition of The MotherLoad Newsletter, so make sure to sign up if you haven’t already on my sidebar over there. It will be loaded with marriage and parenting tips, “Go Ask Your Mother” guests, monthly mom-devotions, “mean mom stories”, quick dinner ideas, funny quotes and more…
Make sure to stop by tomorrow for my guest blog/author-friend Dineen Miller. She’ll be sharing about raising teenagers. You’re going to just LOVE her!

I’m glad your trip was so successful, even if being away from home was stressful. I hope you catch up on your sleep and your laundry soon. =)
Thanks Keli. I’d love to catch up on some sleep…and the laundry, well, Paul had that already done before I came home. I married a pretty great guy.
Hey there Joanne,
I am so glad your trip went well, and I’m just so happy for all of your succhess! I look forward to catching up one of these days!
Genny
Thanks Genny! That would be wonderful. Let’s plan something for fall, for sure!
