While at our couples retreat last weekend, I listened to this song on my MP3 player. The words truly pierced my heart.
Speaking words I never thought I’d say…
There can be miracles, when you believe.
Though hope is frail, its hard to kill.
Who knows what miracles you can achieve.
When you believe, somehow you will.
You will when you believe.
Friends, this song reminded me that the only part we have to play with God is to believe in Him, to have faith. He has plans for our lives that He made before we ever were skilled enough to perform them.
What is it that you have been called to do for Him? When God calls, He enables. Don’t wait for the power to step out of your comfort zone. Obedience is the first step.
Take that step of faith today.
Believe!
